Your responsibilities include
- Scaling and evolving existing infrastructure to support growing traffic and emerging business needs.
- Enhancing monitoring systems and introducing mechanisms for fast detection and resolution of potential incidents.
- Working closely with development teams to design and implement solutions that improve system architecture and performance.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (preferably GCP), including diagnosing and resolving cloud infrastructure issues.
- Proven track record in operating and scaling high-availability, mission-critical systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, with strong practical experience.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and practical experience working with it.
- Proficiency in CI/CD practices, including building, maintaining, and optimizing deployment pipelines (preferably with Gitlab CI).
- Experience with modern monitoring and observability solutions to ensure system reliability and performance e.g. Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Signoz.
- IaC mindset with Terraform or similar tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Helm charts, ArgoCD, Agones, GKE specific k8s features, Cloudflare.
