Application

Hello Introduction Call

After reviewing your application, we’re excited to move forward with a brief introduction video–call, which will last about 20-30 minutes. During this call, we'll dive into the specifics of the position you applied for, discuss your background and career aspirations, and answer any questions you may have. You will have a chance to learn more about our culture, the role, and the team you will be joining.

Soft Skills & Technical Interview

During our meeting, we'll explore your professional experiences and expectations. The interview will also assess your technical skills and knowledge requires for your future role. You can learn more about the specific requirements of the role, ask questions, and get acquainted with your potential future manager.

Recruitment Task or Final Interview

For certain positions, we require a deeper understanding of your capabilities:

Recruitment Task: You might be given a specific task related to your prospective role to demonstrate your skills. You will be invited to showcase your skills, strategic thinking and technical ability by completing a technical challenge or presentation.

Final Interview: This is an opportunity to discuss your task outcomes and meet potential team members. It’s your chance to see who you'll be working with. This final conversation is a time for us to revisit anything that either side feels they need to learn more about each other. This will be a conversation with a member of our Executive Team or a Senior Leader. They will walk through your history, what you’ve learned over your career, your successes and your biggest learnings.

Whether it’s extending an offer to join us or providing constructive feedback, we ensure clear and prompt communication. Successful candidates will receive an offer to become part of our team, and all applicants will receive feedback to help them grow.
