Recruitment Task: You might be given a specific task related to your prospective role to demonstrate your skills. You will be invited to showcase your skills, strategic thinking and technical ability by completing a technical challenge or presentation.
Final Interview: This is an opportunity to discuss your task outcomes and meet potential team members. It’s your chance to see who you'll be working with. This final conversation is a time for us to revisit anything that either side feels they need to learn more about each other. This will be a conversation with a member of our Executive Team or a Senior Leader. They will walk through your history, what you’ve learned over your career, your successes and your biggest learnings.
